親愛的同學們：
溫馨的五月是康乃馨盛開的季節也是暖春的延續，多倫多的五月在慈濟人文學校的流轉中更多一份祝福與感恩。
- 學校的期末考試也告一個段落了，老師這次的的考試重點放在說、讀和寫三部分，大部分的同學都做的不錯喔！期末結束前老師會把考卷連同成績單一啟發還給你們。
- 五月十三日 慈濟多倫多支會慶祝母親節、佛誕節、慈濟日，三節合一。教導我們要感念三寶恩、父母恩和眾生恩；同時也提醒我們要耕耘敬田、恩田和悲田三大福田。
- 五月二十日 Victoria Day – Long Weekend 同學們是否渡過了一個快樂的長週末呢？利用這個暑假寫封信email給老師，與我分享你的快樂假期好嗎？
- 六月三 日 學校畢業、結業暨十週年典禮。我們將在台北文化經濟辦事處的禮堂舉行，歡迎同學們邀請你的家人一起來歡渡愉快的一天！別忘了邀請你的家人同時還要告訴他們雙語誠、正兩班也將登台共享一場特別的戲劇演出喔！
Dear everyone,
May is the season for flowers in full bloom and it is also the month especially for moms…..there are even more blessings and appreciation around our school. We have the following agenda for your attention:
- The final exam is finished and the paper will be returned to you along with the report card on the day of our closing ceremony on June 3.
- May 13, 2007 (the second Sunday of May) is the official Birthday of Buddha, it falls on the same day as Mother’s Day, which also happens to be the Global Tzu Chi Day. These three special meanings for the important day remind us each year to be grateful to our parents, to appreciate our blessings, and to engage more diligently in spiritual cultivation.
- May 20, 2007 we don’t have class on this Sunday as it’s Victoria Day – Did you have a good break during this long weekend? Here is an idea for you! Why not email to Stephany a letter (in Chinese if possible) to share what special events you have had during the long weekend to practice your writing at the same time? I would love to hear from you!!
